This unit is the front portion of the 6866 style Remote Reader setup. When installed, the keycard is inserted into this component. It is secured into a mounting box[NOT PICTURED] by using the 6866 Remote Reader Access Key. This unit includes both a Lock Control Unit [LCU] and a communication board. The 6866 Remote Reader LCU/COM is compatible with the VingCard 2100, 2150, 2600 and 2800 systems.
